If you can remember way back when the original Xbox released, then you should send a great big “thank you” to one of it’s original creators, Seamus Blackley. Blackley, who left Microsoft shortly after, has now started his own video game production company.
Blackley originally left Microsoft in order to pursue the creation of Capital Entertainment Group, which ended up being a big flop, and Blackley ended up pursuing a job as a talent coordinator for the Creative Artists Agency, where he was quite successful. He is more known, most likely, for the recent negotiations involving ex-Infinity Ward heads Vince Zampella and Jason West, helping them make their way through the whole process (which you can read more about via Joystiq.)
There are virtually zero details about the video game production company, though more details are sure to surface about the company in the coming days. For now, the company remains in a shroud of mystery. Maybe these ex-Infinity Ward heads will find a new job awaiting them? One can only speculate.
